It al started back in may 2009. I was visiting a project in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, lived at a hotel on Avenida Atlantica like many others that visit Rio de Janeiro for the first time. I got to know one guy that worked at the beach Copacabana and asked him about the favelas that was encircles the city Rio de Janeiro. He lived in one of them and I asked him if it was posible to visit his home.
This was not as easy as I have thought, it took tree days to set up a meeting whit the President of the local favela.
